Making A Purchase Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron (Choose the Visa Option) Switch/Solo and MasterCard. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

Ordering online through our website is secure. If you look for the padlock on the screen throughout the checkout, double clicking on it will provide more information.

Shipping And Handling The prices shown below are per order and not per product.

Guaranteed Next Day and Saturday Delivery

A next day delivery service is only available by calling 0844 800 3959 and placing your order with one of our sales staff. The cost for next day delivery is £9.95. Our staff will confirm the availability of the stock when you call. Calls need to be made before midday, however we can sometimes guarantee next day delivery on later calls.

Guaranteed up to 4 Working Day Delivery (not Royal Mail)

For orders that must be delivered by a certain date you should use the Guaranteed up to 4 Working Day Delivery (not Royal Mail) option at only £7.95.

We aim to dispatch all Guaranteed up to 4 Working Day Delivery orders within two working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the day that you place your order.

Priority Delivery

For orders needed within 2-4 working days you should use the Priority Delivery option at only £5.95.

We aim to dispatch all Priority orders within two working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the day that you place your order.

All orders placed after midday will not be processed until the following day.
All delivery schedules are entirely dependant upon product availability.

Standard Delivery to any mainland UK address

Standard delivery is only £3.95. Standard Delivery can take up to 7 working days, however Royal Mail will NOT guarantee this and do not consider a parcel lost until 21 working days from dispatch, therefore if you require your goods for a specific date you will need to choose the priority delivery option or call us on 0844 800 3959 for Next Day Delivery.

International Delivery.

Privacy Policy SureShots Fancy Dress do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Returns Policy. To return a faulty product please email a member of staff at cs@sureshots.co.uk for return authorisation. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include your full contact information and order number if available with your return, and wrap the package securely.

IMPORTANT: We recommend sending the goods back by recorded Delivery. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available.

RETURNING A NON-FAULTY ITEM. If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them to us within 7 days. We recommend using recorded delivery (as described above) for either an exchange, credit note or refund. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totalling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note.

Wigs cannot be returned unless unused due to hygiene reasons. Faulty wigs should be returned indicating the fault clearly. Any wig found not to be faulty will be returned to you.

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. in original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed. Any non-faulty returns that are not received in this way will be sent back to you at your cost or held pending contact. You will be emailed regarding this status

No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us
